 To all of our Valued Customers; By now you have probably heard that the pending sale to the Penske group has fallen through and that the Saturn brand will be “wound down” by General Motors over the next 12 months. It is certainly sad news for us, but, more importantly, for all of you as well, our customers who have given us your loyalty and support over the past 18 years. Naturally, there may be some concerns on your part about the future of our Saturn of Haverhill, Lowell, and Portsmouth facilities, the warranty coverage on your current Saturn and whether or not you can still get your vehicle serviced at our three locations. Please be reassured about two things: Your vehicle warranties remain in full effect, that we will stock a complete inventory of Saturn parts and that our Service Department is and will be open for all maintenance and warranty work on your Saturn now and well into the future. Secondly, despite the fact that our present association with Saturn will expire over time, we have some exciting plans in the works for the future of our facilities in Haverhill, Lowell, and Portsmouth.
